Minutes later, I received this email from Instacart’s CEO, Apoorva Mehta:
Apoorva could have simply replied to me on Twitter but he didn’t. He took the effort to go to his email, find my address, and personally send his thanks. Small signs of appreciation and effort like this build great brands and happy customers.
I’m surprised more startups don’t do this.
